GTA crashes on startup

So I recently updated GTA with the casino update and then updated ragehook, tried to start it up and it crashed right on startup. I deleted everything out of the directory folder for GTA and then tried it and it crashed (might have missed something), then uninstalled and reinstalled GTA completely, and the game itself loaded. so I redownloaded LSPDFR and reinstalled it in the directory folder, with no mods at all and it went back to crashing on start up. I have included the crash report that I was given from rage hook, any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

    I've the same problem. I installed GTA fresh from steam and only installed LSPDFR. After a few seconds a the loading screen it chrashed. I don't know of the error is caused by LSPDFR or by  ragehook.

    Alright here is the main directory, I have gone over a few times to see if I messed something up but a new set of eyes is much appreciated!

    Hello,

    What I want you to do is launch GTA 5 normally, and when it gets to the screen where you choose Singleplayer or Multiplayer, tab out and launch RPH. Let me know what happens.
