The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I got the same problem too. Crashes at the copyright information splash screen.

 

EDIT: Never mind, the FOV mod was crashing the game. I removed it and it works fine now.

    I have discovered, when i install PoliceSmartRadio 1.2.0.0, it wil crash LSPDFR.  And when i Install PoliceSmartRadio 1.1.2.0 its running fine,  only got  a issue with running a plate scan with the radio. but it wont crash.
