Hi all,

 

For those who play on PC without controllers, it is noticeable that hitting the brakes button forces the car to slam the brakes and the tires skid on the road and leaves burn marks on the road. Moreover, the tires screeching sound is a real nuisance. I wanted to know if anyone knows which audio file(s) are responsible for this sound so I can mute it. I know there are mods to modify the throttle, acceleration and deceleration speeds of vehicles, but the I am simply looking to remove the audio of the tires skidding when applying the brakes on PC platforms. Thank you.

 

P.S. I also play with a controller at times but would still like to fix the keyboard driving.
