I  updated the game two days ago as well as RAGE and Script hooks. I opened OpenIV to update the mods folder and when i go to start up LSPDFR it gives me this

The thing is that I don't have a mod called Ambient Chases or anything related to that. I looked every where in my GTA V directory but i havent found anything similar to that in the Plugins folder or LSPDFR folders
