I stopped playing LSPDFR because of this, but decided to revisit the issue. I have tried reinstalling all of my mods and scripts and running as an administrator, still to no avail. Attached is the RPH log.

    Did you try one of the very first troubleshooting steps of removing all your plugins and adding them one by one until you figure out the error?

    From looking at your log StopThePed is causing the problem -- it's looking for a different version of RAGENativeUI from the one you have installed. Either remove it or you can fix the issue.
