ENB's Effect On PC Performance

Just a simple question:

Do ENB's of any kind effect the performance of your PC when playing GTA?

Depends on the system it's running on, your specs. I guess it always has sometype of effect on the performance though.

For me it's about 10 FPS less when using any ENB.

ENB is pretty much hit or miss i think, sometimes it run's really well on my PC and sometimes, i install it, and have to uninstall it rightaway cause the lagging is unbearable.
