I know the vanilla game has road flares and they look amazing, but they disappear very quickly and more importantly, they don't guide traffic.

What I'd like to see is a script where you can put down cones, barriers and road flares too. These should either stop or even better guide traffic to another lane. If there's no free lanes, traffic must stop and not cause chaos.

As I've mentioned there's a flare in game, but I'd be okay if it was this object for example: prop_air_lights_02b (it's a red light) that would act as a flare.
