Hello , i want to release my personal LAPD Car Pack. I don't know who are the developer off all this cars is.

Can i release this Car Pack without credits of the developers ?

    The only Thing I change any textures , like multiple car numbers and textures on the TOW trucks , thats all .   When it's not ok without credits for the developers then i dont release them….
