Strange artifacts with scenery textures flashing and missing...

Featured Replies

Noticed this mostly at night. What happens is that the scenery textures will randomly flash on and off. Sometimes buildings will disappear and reappear.

At one point, a highway overpass had disappeared and still had moving traffic on it. Kinda cool because for a few seconds, I saw flying cars.

What's causing this?  I'm using Make Visuals Great Again - but it was doing this before I installed this environmental addon.
