If you’ve ever downloaded any of my packs you’ll have noticed this stupid issue. 

 

The lights and their respective modules disappear at L2. This makes absolutely no sense, especially because the lights and the light modules have no LODs and are not compounds. In theory, this means they never change form and should, when the entire car is invisible at L4, be the only things shown. 

 

This problem doesn’t exist anywhere but in game and in OpenIV. Changing states in zmod doesn’t make them disappear. 

 

Before you come and yell at me about how LODs are important blah blah blah whatever, I don’t care. At least my cars have more than one LOD. So please don’t turn this into a thread of “you stupid worthless loser use LODs”

I have the same problems with my cars. The only solution I have found is to use coronas and that way at least there will be some light emitting from a light-bar at long distances, even if they look worse than just the plain old textures
