Lately I have been having problems with LSPDFR. That problem being is before going on duty, my FPS drop from 60 to 30-40 range. If anyone has an idea to the problem then please leave a comment on what you may think. Thank you.

Hey what are your graphic settings there are many things that can cause lag

Hey good news! It wasn't the settings it was something I downloaded. I still have this fps problem and it seems even people with high gaming pc's are having this problem. I will just have to wait till some updates. Thanks again!

exactly bro my pc 2700x+2070, when on duty my fps drops too

This problem is annoying. Hopefully soon the problem will be fixed. I just wonder how the big LSPDFR youtubers don't have these type of FPS Drops. My friends computer has an i9 9900k and a 2080 TI and still has these FPS drops. 

Could be the number of vehicles or plugins that you are using.  Some plugins are a FPS hog as well.

I have forgotten the name. It wasn't one of albo's mods though.

I don't believe so. When I first got the mod I still got 30 and less so maybe it is just the PC.
