LSPDFR 0.4.2 Crash During Pursuit "Unnamed Thread"

Hey everyone. LSPDFR 0.4.2 was working splendidly until another crash just came out of nowhere during a pursuit. I can't figure out what happened just from reading the log. 

Some important info
- I had about 3-4 units as backup with an air unit
- Didn't notice any anomalies
- Didn't do anything or press a button, was just driving chasing the dude

I really hate to bother you with this, and this is the second time I've bothered you, please forgive me, but @LMS since you're coming out with a hotfix soon, I'd figure this might be something you want to take a look at.

If anyone else has encountered similar issues as well, feel free to join the thread.

    I can't answer this exactly but your error is caused by a null reference which means you are missing a file.

    Damn. If that's really the case I wonder what I am missing. I'l try to double check.
