The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm not seeing a crash in your log. Which usually means the problem is elsewhere. 

for me it starts more I had the lspdfr 0.4.1 it started the most nothing works by gta 5 I have already done a reinstallation of my windows 10 and also of gta 5
