The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Just a heads up for everyone refreshing to 4.2 if you start new and add the Better EMS mod, it will crash the LSPDFR First Response file. Even when you go on duty after restarting the game Better EMS will crash your game. Once I removed it, my game worked better. Even though it crashes because it freeze, but it not half the issues the EMS mod does.

    if that doesn't work, you can still have EMS & Firefighter from Ultimate Backup
