i have installed lcpdfr mod the latest one and the patch's i have also tried the diagnostic thing and it has said its all in working order but when i click on it to load gta iv i doesn't work even when i run it as admin

post the diag that helps alot u didnt really give any symptoms so no one will be able to tell you whats wrong if all we know is that it wont start
