The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I’m unsure why it’s not included in the Police garage but you can spawn it yourself in the rage console by pressing F4 and typing Spawn Police(I cant remember which number but Look for unmarked cruiser in the drop down menu) and select it using tab and then enter. Sorry if I don’t make sense just finished work.
