Hello - I havent played LSPDFR in a long time and decided to update all my previous mods/plugins and GTA V in general.

 

I have disabled RAGE from starting LSPDFR automatically.

Here is my mods list. All of them are the newest to date from their download page:

Interaction+

Arrest Manager (downloaded due to LSPDFR Troubleshooter saying it was missing)

Assorted Callouts

LSPDFR+

Police Smart Radio

PeterUCallouts

Traffic Policer

Computer+

 

LSPDFR Troubleshooter says PeterUCallouts is still out of date even after updating it.

EDIT: I also installed new car models - but those load fine in the game without LSPDFR loaded.

I think I may. I did see something about StopThePed Errors being concerned about duplication after being able to go into the police station. Now when the LSPDFR mod starts, it crashes it immediately. I'll uninstall it now. 

Two plugins in your plugin folder are old version. (PeterU is one of them)  Also there are minimum 2 outdated plugins which never been updated for 0.4. You should delete them to prevent errors.

 

The troubleshooter don´t work correct with 0.4, so you shouldn´t use it.

Just as an info for thecase you want to use STP. STP works fine, but the version you used was outdated. The same with PeterU.

You only need to disable a few things in the ini if you want to use it together with Arrest Manager. My recommendation is to use STP instead of Arrest Manager becuae you have a lot more features with only one plugin.
