you shouldn't turn your AV off if the only AV you have in defender then add your GTAV folder as an exception. Do you have any other AV?

Exeptions don´t work always. That´s why he should turn it off. Noone said he should turn it off all the time. When the problem is located you still can try exceptions. Also you can move the AV back to on when finished with gaming 😉

hey mate have tried all that and the game still says that my system is too slow or insufficient permissions, which is odd cause I had it working not long ago until I put that mods folder in then it stopped launching lspd fr properly.  I also have tried uninstalling and re-installing the game to no avail.

Remind me again what anti-virus you use? That error message is an indicator of the anti-virus blocking it.

Just as a matter of interest whats your rage settings?

Hey man I was using malware bytes but have since uninstalled it and tried turning off defender too then launching and I get the slow system error after that.

As is mate haven't modified anything, just basic settings that come with the ragehook.

Could you try starting up GTA by itself, when you get to the main menu screen start ragehook if rage starts and you get "Enjoy" (from rage screen and usually it disappears to the bottom left) then press the "Story mode" and see what happens.

Doesn't get that far unfortunately mate, launches goes to the sirens going off and the lights flashing then triple beeps and crashes.

Thats before RageHook even starts?

If so sounds like removal of all lspdfr/RageHook, verify gta install if steam or clean install of gta and start again.

With the new ragehook it now runs ragehook just fine and says enjoy but now crashes after saying enjoy lol, one issue after the other I swear, may have to clean install
