Probier doch mal:

Firewall deaktivieren

sicher gehen, das alles bei Antivirus deaktiviert ist.

evtl. bei antivirus auf die whitelist/ anti blockliste setzen

 

Nach dem Testen aber wieder Firewall und Antivirus einschalten!
