I am having an issue where  I can’t  download anything and the download doesn’t start. I posted about it just now.

Can you try again now? If it still doesn't work, I'll need a screenshot of the page, and the output of the following commands from command prompt:

nslookup download-tier1.cdn.lcpdfr.com

tracert download-tier1.cdn.lcpdfr.com

Without the output of these commands, there can be no further investigation. You can either paste the result here, or if you prefer PM me.

@Cyan I registered an account just to come here to say there is definitely something wrong with your download process. I tried four different browsers, and a different IP address. No go. I'm getting a lot of "jQuery undefined" messages in the console -- but I am completely unable to download. I did not even see an attempt to load the file from the CDN in the devtools window.

The issue is so far we haven't gotten any information that could help us pin this down. I've done all I can on this end with the limited information I have, and since I can't replicate the issue on my side nor on numerous edge locations that I tested.

If you can show the errors you are receiving in the console this could be a start to helping us analyse the issue.
