    Hello,

    First, re-download LSPDFR and RPH. Before adding them in, go through each and unblock all the files by right clicking, going to properties, and check Unblock.
    Then install in this order: LSPDFR and then RPH.

    not at all and even when i have just RPH only it does not but when i type "Loadplugin LSPD First Response" then it crashes and it says something with memory so i will try to remove my mods folder and see if it something in there
