unable to load some plugins

Hi everyone, 
i installed some plugins (in plugin folder etc) 
but they wont load?
the only ones RAGE notice are :

lspdfr/and + 
assorted callouts
spotlight
cop holster 
EUP menu 

ones ive got in plugins are :
computer +
police smart radio
stop the ped
vocal dispatch
OTB callouts
and previous mentioned 

ill add some screens of my plugi folder my gtav folder and rage pluginscreen

Not all plugins will be in the Rage menu some things like Stop the Ped and Computer + etc. will load once you go on duty in game

All your LSPDFR-Plugins are installed wrong. Please read the readme and install instructions carefully. That´s why they exist
