Random events

Im sorry if this has already been solved on someone else' topic but yea. I am wondering how I turn down the rate that the random shootings and stuff happen because it sometimes feel like it happens every 2 minutes. Thanks in advance to anyone that provides any help.

Thanks for the reply. That is the problem I have. The lspdfr config file has the number 1.0f on the world events. But im not sure how I could reduce it.
