Els lights don't work

I've been trying to find a solution for 2 days now can anyone help my lights on any emergency service vehicle just look like blocks of colour they have no illumination around the light as you can see in the picture but when I pause then menu and then un pause they show up for 1 sec then go back to being blocks of colour

They also don't really have much colour to them more white then anything

Looks like it might b a visualsettings issue. Did u install brighter emergencies lights?
