I cannot go on duty LSPDFR 0.4

I load the game, then RPH, all is fine until I go to the locker room in one of the PDs, and I cannot go on duty, I use the console and type ForceDuty, and Michael just rips a fat T-Pose until I get out of the console, and I am still off duty.

First, the whole "fat t-pose" made me loose my shit. XD
Second, in what order are you installing LSPDFR and RPH?
