He doesn't want K-9 on the skin.

Stevo you can put nearly any Suburban skin on that model, just track down a skin you're happy with or ask if someone can make you one.

Fair enough, didn't look closely enough to see it. Not sure how linking him to a K-9 Tahoe is much more useful though lol.

Ah well, either way, there's Suburbans all over GPM that don't have a dog in the back, up to the OP what he wants to use.

Go into the vehicle's textures, export the "subu_win_template" or similar into GIMP. Erase the parts that you don't want, and replace it with the background colour.
