LSPDFR 0.4 events not working

So i did fresh install of LSPDFR and updated all of my plugins. After reinstalling everything and find the plugins that work and don't work i have run into a weird problem. All of the "Events" don't work anymore. No one ever runs, I never get into police chases. The little white dots on the radar that would pop up to pay attention to don't show up. I never see drunk drivers anymore. Its like everyone is the best Citizen ever. Did the .4.1 update add a option to turn off all that stuff or did i mess something up along the way. I can still play LSPDFR perfectly and answer calls and pull people and arrest . It is nice not having every single person run form me but a chase every now and then would be nice lol and be able to spot things wrong would be nice to.

Well the white dots are implemented in Traffic Policer. You need to set them on in the ini. Drunk driver is also an addition of this plugin. Other plugins adds events too. But there are also events like fights, GTA ect implemented in vanilla LSPDFR. But you can post your Logfile to see if everything is work correctly

Thank you for the reply, I re downloaded Traffic Policer and turns out i was missing some files its working great now thank you!
