How to uninstall all mods

Alright, my LSPDFR 4.0 keeps crashing I thought "Hey I'll just uninstall all my mods" And at this point I don't know how to do that without messing my GTAV Directory and stuff, So would anyone like to tell me how do I uninstall my Mods, Plugins, Vehicles, Scripts, etc.

Deleting them is as simple as right clicking on them-->delete.

 

If you're confused about what file is related to LSPDFR, just redownload LSPDFR 0.4 and use the archive as a reference.
