Pursuit menu and custombackup

Whenever I'm in a pursuit and I open the custombackup menu using my customized keybindings the LSPDFR pursuit menu also shows up... regardless of the keys I use to open the custombackup menu. It makes me think there's something overriding the custombackup menu.

Any help is appreciated
