The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

How about being second on scene or third even? Is it possible to script other units to respond to a call other than just myself? Is this something that has to be done in the callout plugins themselves or can't we just script it with the LSPDFR game files? Seems like a no brainer to me..

Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but you can place a waypoint on the in-game map and then call for backup. Responding units will race to the waypoint marker, instead of your location.
