I learned that you can change your light patterns so i was wondering like on the standard gta4 police cruiser/patrol cars how do you use your hazard lights.

    If it's not enabled, you can't use it. If you're talking about the default cars, the secondary bar's disabled and is not able to function. There's nothing to fix that.

    if i were to get a non els car with a secondary lightbar then could i use it and if i could how?
