This is really beginning to peck my head

 

Security Checks on downloads are always saying wrong, When it eventually does say its correct i get 403 Forbidden Error Page, The backup downloads Page says the same, I’ve checked and changed the IP as i thought that could be an issue but Nope!

If the backup isn't working, then I assume there is an issue somewhere else.

You'd have to give us some troubleshooting information if you want us to look into it (unfortunately we aren't telepathic and aren't particularly great at guessing!):

• Browser used
• Screenshot of you trying to use the backup and still receiving the 403 (make sure the URL of the page is visible, as well as the 403 error)
• Do other browsers work?

😂 Howdy, Been using Internet Explorer & Chrome, Both stopped working for me, I’ll give it a few hours and give it another shot, If Nothing changes i’ll give some info, Cheers

I am having the same issue. 403 error message.

I'm also having download issues. I can get past the security part most of the time however, when it starts to download, it gives me a 403 code stating forbidden. I tried to take the anti-virus off thinking it was blocking me however, that didn't work either. Any ideas?

it wont let me download each time after i accept the terms and agreements i click download setup and it takes me to a page that says 404 error

Where did you find the work around? I don't show the same thing as the picture they provided that states to try another method?

Was having the exact same issue. Windows 10,Firefox
