If I start a computer mission, and get in a pursuit, why can I not use LCPD commands to get me help.

I can call back-up if I'm not moving, but the Ctrl B has no effect if your moving......also the F keys don't work either

for missions of this type.

I know the mod was not designed for this part of GTA IV, but is this normal to the game play.

    The F key is used to enter/exit vehicles. The commands are listed somewhere in this forum section.

    Anything related to LCPDFR won't work unless you activate it, so I think what you're experiencing is normal.

    You could try activating lcpdfr then going on a computer mission.
