So I had never ran into this issue before yesterday but no matter what I do the game always crashes on startup.

I only have RPH and LSPDFR installed, no extra plugins or anything either.

It might also be helpful to mention that I installed RPH first and it ran completely fine but it was when I installed LSPDFR it crashes every startup.

Try installing RPH again from here https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx, lspdfr might have installed an older version of RPH

Yeah, follow what Exie said, you need to download and install LSPDFR first and then RPH. This is due to the fact that LSPDFR has a extremely outdated RPH in it.
