I can get my game to run LSPDFR provided RPH forces Windowed Mode but nevertheless many LSPDFR features are broken such as the ability to search suspects (action performed with no result). I can do a license plate/ name search (nothing will result from it either. No overlay boxes that used to appear in 0.3).

 

On occasion any attempt to arrest someone ends up with my character arresting a ghost and promptly getting inside an invisible vehicle and lodging itself permanently in the ground.

 

I had installed LSPDFR 0.4 on a fresh GTA install. Afterwards I removed it and then tried 0.4.1 and found the exact same issues. It seems like although RPH is hooking into the game it's not able to access the LSPDFR's vehicle search database. Attempts to use Computer+ were also thwarted so it seems like some kind of problem with the LSPDFR frisk/search functions. I've tried with no plugins and also with plugins that might add the features that aren't working in the base game but they causes problems all by themselves

 

 

I've highlighted what I am missing from my game in the two uploaded images. 

 

I'm currently completely redownloading GTAV again to see if that will help although it didn't last time.

 

Keep an original copy of GTAV to the side so you don't have to reinstall every time. Try again from the start with only LSPDFR and the latest RPH. Make sure your threshold for plugin timeouts is at 60000 and force windowed mode.

Well tried that again from absolutely clean copy of GTAV with LSPDFR 0.4.1 using the installer. The result is the same.

 

I've uploaded the RPH log from my short test and recorded the gameplay to highlight the issue with records check and frisking not resulting in anything other than the animation.
