The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

 I am not sure if "stop the ped" is the cause of the crash but I relized that my lspdfr shuts down after requesting "prisoner transport" twice. 
Someone could take a look at my log file and tell me more ?

    This is what it says, to me it appears like it's trying to spawn a vehicle but it can't for some reason. Are you using custom vehicles or anything?

    Choose between Arrest Manager or StopThePed and remove the other. I recommend keeping StopThePed. Then try play the game and perform the same actions. Check out my thread for a constantly updated stable list of plugins with minimal conflicts and maximum performance!
