followed the indicated steps, then:

1- Insert the mod manually

2-Install RHP latest version (It seems to me that the last version was still in beta until a few days ago, now you find official) I'm playing with the clean mod, the crash happens much, much less than before, perhaps due to the fact that the release was made.

When does he go to Crash? I noticed that it crashes when I call many police vehicles mixed with sheriffs' vehicles.

I noticed that it crashes when you go to the weapon shop and try to buy clothes while you buy weapons regularly.

I noticed that the current account is in the name of another person and does not allow you to buy vehicles online, while if you go to Los Customs you can do all the expenses you want, as well as for weapons.

Is there anyone among you who, in the current state of my situation, can give me help in putting some useful plugins to the activities of the policeman? I noticed that the coroner is missing, I noticed that the Fire Department is missing, I noticed that the tow truck is missing. Can the police menu be expanded?

Your computer might be running out of memory and crashing

You can use Stop The Ped and Police SmartRadio to get coroner and tow truck. 

 

you can get Better EMS for fire truck and EMS services

Second, if you had to install these mods, won't the game crash in the future?
Now I'm afraid to install new mods just because I don't want to ruin the game.
If you were to write to yourself privately for remote help, would you be available?

Have you installed a new gameconfig for GTA version 1604.1? In my experience, replacing base vehicles (police 1 2 3 FBI etc) with els vehicles adds extra lag and crashes. I have about 30 els add-on vehicles and I only replace the game vehicles with non els vehicles.

 

Stop the ped

Ultimate backup

Traffic policer

Police smart radio

Search warrant

These are essential for me

 

Callouts are more about personal preference

 

If your PC van handle it, these are also good.

The experience on GTA 5 thanks to your advice is taking shape more and more. 
I installed 3 mods out of 5 and I only need two to complete your advice and have a complete GTA.
 I looked at these two mods, but honestly I wouldn't know which ones to download: 
TRAFFIC POLICER 
POLICE SMART RADIO 

Of these two mods there are more files to download and I honestly don't know which one to download. 
Do you have any advice on this? However I continue to play, in a random way every now and then I do not start, 
so I am forced to exit and re-enter, restarting the game more than once so that everything is loaded correctly

Hello Dominic, I am really inexperienced in the matter of mod and I don't know how to shape the game, and from the last experience, 
for every change I ask and I await the answer of who is more expert than me, who knows if it's the right time that I learn well too .
So I ask for advice just to avoid having to delete and reload everything from scratch.
