The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

In the Rage plugin settings do you have "enable counter measures against online vehicles being removed in single player" enabled? If so, turn that off. (it's under advanced settings)

anti-virus can also cause this.

getting crash as soon as i start the game after the population has been loaded.

I just have the same problem, and what i do is just download the latest rageplugin hook from the web then drag and drop to gta 5 directory. If the problem still exists, try to load the game first then load the rageplugin hook while you in the game. And your log it's just the same as mine when the LSPDFR is crash. This is work for me,i don't know if this works for others.

This worked thanks. I changed the stations.xml file, reverted to vanilla one.

Now I'm getting ragehook crashes when I include my mods folder in the game directory, need to find the culprit... this game gives me a headache
