The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I would like to install scripts and play but unfortunately do not know how to do that?
I have read the instructions and installed everything what is necessary but unfortunately I can not start the scripts.

I hope someone can help me 🙂

    Go to Downloads > Scripts. There's instructions in all of them basically. Check out Albo on youtube for further guides.
