I know this is probably silly.. But for the life of me I can not get this stuff installed. I am using steam version of GTA5, and its always something. The descriptions for ANY installation are not new user friendly. They don't specify which folder, whether OPEN4 or the actual file folder. Is there a way to have someone discord chat and walk me through it or something?

What is "this stuff" you are trying to install? The installation guides are fairly straight forward, but please tell us what it is you are trying to install. 

Im just trying to install the mod packs for police/suv.

Which mod packs? What does the readme file for that mod say?

Im mostly looking for a step by step chat walkthrough. Ive already deleted all the files and had to reinstall my game because I messed some system files up. 

so as now now im not downloading anything else unless I can get an installation buddy

Hi there.

 

The biggest issue we're having right now is your lack of information.  You need to tell us exactly what you're trying to install, and even better, include a link.    We can't help you when you're being extremely vague.

Check out Albos GTAV modding tutorials on youtube he will teach you everything you need if you pay attention.

But this isn't a support service, we're here to help you as a courtesy but we can't help you unless you tell us what you want help with. Messing up system files by trying to install a mod seems very far fetched. What exactly are you trying to do here? Give us more information.

SSSNEAKY actually understood what I was asking. I wasn't asking for anything any more specific than a walkthrough. The video he directed me to helped and worked. Thanks for your responses!! 🙂
