So I went through this step by step process of downloading LCPDFR onto my steam copy of GTA IV: 

 

However, after following each step, once I attempt to launch the final product, the Social Club pop-up asks for an activation/serial code. If anyone could let me know if/what I did wrong?

 

EDIT: I bought GTA IV from Humble Bundle which gave me an activation code for Steam only.
