tried launching with RPH as admin (nop), tried launching the game first then launch RPH (nop), tried seeing if my firewall was blocking it (nop), tried waiting for 20 mins (nop), tried launching everything as admin with force borderless window (nop).. I seem to have tried everything the forum gives as solution and I'm still stuck at loading screen and it starts to piss me off. Begging for help.. please.

I tried launching GTA alone, and it seems the problem comes from the game itself. Story mode won't load at all (either with RPH or from the launcher now). I tried unistalling, deleting all files in folder, deleting cache and saves, reinstalled everything and still doesn't work. The game won't load story mode at all now. 

If you are on Steam go to the Libary and Verify The game. 

 

If that doesn’t work, Contact RockStar / Steam Support about it as it wouldn’t be an Issue Related to lspdfr  / Plugins

Disable your mods folder by renaming it to _mods; verify your game files if that doesn't work.

Also; if you saved while on duty you will have to remove your savegame.
