I recently purchased GTAV on steam and I’m trying to install LSPDFR.  Everything installed fine however when I hit F4 and load LSPDFR while in game it gives me errors.  I can still see the police departments on the map but when I go to one it doesn’t allow me to go on duty.  I also can’t “forceduty” using F4.  When I load LSPDFR using F4 the exact wording states “blocked plugin, LSPDFR forced shutdown because it caused game to freeze”. What should/can I do to get this to work?

 

 

Do yoy have the latest Rage Plugin / Script hook

Yes I do

Did you install LSPDFR first, and then Rage Plugin Hook?
Did you use the manual, or automatic method of installing LSPDFR?

Also, make sure to download the latest Albo1125.common file.  It should be dated 2/18/2018

At first I tried the manual download, which didn’t work, then I tried the automatic download which allows me to hit F4 and I get a command prompt.  But once I type in “Load..” it says game freezes or something like that

If the game says it's freezing then try the following:

1. Open the RAGEPluginHook settings menu (hold down SHIFT immediately after clicking RPH)
2. Increase 'Plugin timeout threshold' to a higher value (e.g. 30000)
3. Save and Launch
