For the past few days, I've had this pressing issue with the site: no images or download links will work. I believe it to be a content delivery network (CDN) issue, something of which is out of my control.

I haven't had this issue with any of my devices. Perhaps a cache issue? Just spit-balling. 

I didn't have the issue, then it just randomly started. I get this error when downloading anything: https://solenxia.site/imgs/PwyRj

LCPDFR.com downloads are currently down for a sizable amount of users due to an outage with our CDN provider. We're working an a solution to mitigate this and hope to restore full service shortly.

The issue was fixed briefly, however, it has made a return once more.

That looks like an error on your end. Something (either your ISP or your antivirus) is marking the domain as malicious.

Even with my antivirus program off, the problem is still standing. Perhaps there is still an outage?

There is no outage. The message you sent me shows something marking the domain malicious on your end.
