Still don’t understand how to make a custom agency. I’ve been playing around with a couple of files but I do not want to mess anything up. I want to make an actual airport police department with its own jurisdiction and all the above. How do I do that? I’d like to see a video if possible, or if somebody could walk me through how to place specific cars for that jurisdiction and custom peds with the airport police uniforms etc.

Just go as far as you can, and then come back with any questions you have.

 

As for the custom ped's with airport uniforms, are you using basic models with airport police style clothing (I.E. those in RDE, as well as some re-texture packs), or EUP peds?

I’m gonna use the EUP Peds with the EUP Airport police uniform.

Also, do you know where the download link is to add addon cars? So I don’t have to keep replacing police and sheriff cars. Thank you.

In this post specifically, I went into how to set up the AI for EUP peds. That said, the same holds true in that I havn't actually done so myself, so therefore I can't comment on if it works.

I use Albo's Modding DLC Pack V personally to organize it. That said, if a vehicle is touted as an replacement, you can turn it into an add-on by copying the relevant vehicles.meta, and carvariations.meta, and just changing a few appropriate lines so that it will reference the new model with a new vehicle name. The download also has an instuction manual for adding vehicles that may assist you.
