About fleeing suspect behaviour (THOUGHTS)

Featured Replies

Without prejudice LSPDFR 0.4 great new features and awesome plugins that developers have brought to us, I feel like there's something missing in pursuits. Efforts have focused on improving AI police units and peds behaviour, but suspects behaviour seems to be always reckless despite not crashing into other civilian vehicles. I've been playing a lot since 0.4 was released and what in principle are the most exciting situations (pursuits), they're getting kind of predictable. No matter how many PITs you perform or how many flat tires they have, suspects won't stop until they crash into a tree or a wall and you don't let them going reverse.

It would be good if they occasionally stopped by themselves, or because you set a roadblock or spike strips deployment was successful. Just as seen on  Sky 9's LAPD pursuits 😂. After all, what makes LSPDFR great is a range of possibilities which has been increased over the years. Just imagine the guy stopping the car, knowing that evading the law enforcement is pointless, leaving the vehicle with his hands up and surrounded by a bunch of cops behind their vehicles with their guns drawn. Fantasy.

I don't know if it's even possible to achieve that. Thus, take this thread as an idea more than a suggestion or request.
