The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Probably a noob question but I read through the Wiki and I'm not finding the answer.  I prefer to play as the SD, working up north, but there's no outfits available? FWIW, when I installed 0.4 I followed the instructions and did the setup on a completely clean install of GTA. 

 

As shown in the screen-shot, I get one cop outfit and all other agencies are grayed out.
