My first actual foray into the modding world.

 

This is a small modification to the ComputerPlus plugin. I went through and changed all of the citation and arrest report statutes to accurately (and reasonably realistically) reflect current California law. 

 

Notes:

1. Felonies are arrestable only.

2. Wobblers (crimes that can be charged as either misdemeanors are felonies) are, for the most part, only included as arrestable felonies.

3. Misdemeanor crimes are duplicated in both citation, and arrest report, giving you the realistic option of a cite-and-release in field.

4. On the charges in Crime Report, due to size/space limitations on screen, alot of the charges are heavily abbreviated. If you're not sure whether a section is applicable, you get to look it up and read the elements! Just like in real life!
