Did you edit ANY files at all, specifically in your data folder?  Also have you ever been able to get into the game using RPH?

I just plugins 

I entered the game every time RPH

I went to Ultimate Backup and it was overwritten with one file. When playing in the game, I delete Ultimate Backup, which will I know?

I went down to UltimateBackup and I pressed B, which overlap with which one? I'm not sure enough to know?

the UB menu overlap with default police backup menu because they use the same "B" key. You need to change the keybind in lspdfr keys.ini to None if you wanna use UB.
