I'm getting the "Unable to obtain folder permissions. Please close all other applications before trying again error". I've tried disabling Anti Virus, I've ran as Admin, and I've re-watched the install tutorial 2 more times to make sure I installed each of the 3 mods right. It happens every time when on a stop after 30 seconds in.

 

I think its because its not yet compatible with the new LSPDFR 0.4 update. I had the same problem but running as admin worked for me

Albo said himself that the troubleshooter is not compatible with 0.4. Only with 0.3.  

I know I'm like 200 years late, but is there any plans for it? Because I legit can't find any other troubleshooter for LSPDFR 0.4 and it been out for almost a year.
